      <description>&lt;p&gt;The best thing about having a treadmill in your home is that you can excercise anytime. No need to invest in cute workout clothes or drive to the club.&#160; For me, the best time is in the morning before the day gets started.&#160; I roll out of bed, hit the treadmill while watching something that was Tivo'd on TV.&#160; I don't waste time watching TV at night (sitting on the couch), but I catch the shows I like (without commercials) and while I'm working off the pounds.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I hate working out normally, but I have found that using Tivo with the treadmill works for me.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
