marhyne says "Best version yet" about Pride and Prejudice

I was really impressed with how well this version brings the story together in a way that doesn't seem rushed or choppy. The story is classic, but I think the actors really make this version stand out. Kiera Knightley is a great actress, but I never imagined she'd pull of Lizzy so well.
...

marhyne says "Joss Whedon is a genius!" about Firefly - The Complete Series

Best show to ever get canceled. Awesome characters and really creative, original storylines . I can't imagine it's easy to pull of a Space Western, but Whedon manages to do it with such grace. It's a tragedy that this idea was never fully realized the way I'm sure he wanted it to be. The movie was a big step to closure, but there's still so much more that could and should have been done.
...

marhyne says "I'm not impressed" about Pampered Chef Large Round Baking Stone - 1370

I thought I'd try this product when I went off to college, but I don't really like it much more than your standard pizza pan. It's great that it cooks more evenly, which is important, but I just don't think it's work the mess that you're left with and the difficulty getting it in and out of the oven and storing it.
...

marhyne says "love this phone" about LG - enV VX9900 Cell Phone

This phone is a great upgrade from my RAZR. I don't have to charge it for almost a week, although I don't talk or text quite as much as some might. The full keyboard is so easy to text on that you'll forget you're using a phone and not a computer. I don't have too much to complain about with this phone.
...

marhyne says "Best money I've ever spent!" about Apple MacBook Notebook

I absolutely love my MacBook. I've had a Dell desktop and a Gateway laptop before and I just got tired of having to reboot it every other time I tried to use it. I have had no issues with my new computer since I got it. The only complaint I have is that some programs and downloads do not support Macs, but that's really the fault of the companies that produce the non-compatible programs. They've just not caught up to what the rest of Mac users already know...that it's clearly the best operating system available. However, it's still not enough of a deterrent to stop me from recommending this laptop to anyone who wants to get the most out of their money.
...
