You won't be able to put this little gadget down until you stump it! A friend told us about this addicting little game. When we saw it on clearance for $5 we decided to try it. We love games and this one is no exception. It's amazing how this thing is programmed for just about anything. I think it is very good for kids because it causes them to really think about the details of an object in order to answer the questions accurately. ...

marcyrice says "Perfect for learning and entertainment..." about LeapFrog Leapster L Max Handheld Learning Game System

My son has had his Leapster for well over a year now and it is the best thing we ever got for him! He takes it in the car as well as playing at home. The games are fun but the fun is also very educational. The fact that many of the games include some of his favorite characters is an added bonus. The variety of games seems endless and the skills they teach in the way they teach them are very clever. If I'm going to let my child play video games I would at least like to know that they are getting something out of it besides jump that chasm and over that poky thing to get to the star. You will never be sorry you spent the money on this...

marcyrice says "Lots of possiblities in this toy!" about Fisher-Price Planet Heroes Turbo Shuttle

I bought this for my four year old son for Christmas because he's all about Planet Heroes right now. He loves it! The 'fire' produced from the rocket booster is very real looking. The turbo pods come off and make noise when lifted off or put back on the shuttle. The characters actually fit in the pods and shuttle driver seat. It's a little big and cumbersome for a smaller child to handle with the handle on the bottom, but they find a way to make it work! There are plenty of ways to use the imagination with this toy!!! The best part for me was that I got ours at Walmart.com for $10 and it came with 2 of the action figures and their vehicles!!! That's way more stuff than you usually get and about $20...
