marciniak71 says "Infinity Beta 20 Speakers - Like Bose, but better" about Infinity Beta 20 Main / Stereo Speaker

Infinity Beta 20 speakers are clear, pure and just awesome for the price. Go out and hear them for yourself before you buy another brand. Infinity has their stuff together.

Consider speaker placement when buying speakers for your home. Oftentimes retail stores will set up speakers they make the most profit on in a way that makes them sound better than the others in the room. You want them at ear level, whether you are listening to CDs or are using them as a part of a surround sound system. Nothing is more irritating than a sound system set up with speakers mounted to the ceiling pointing straight out and not at the audience.

...

marciniak71 says "Harirington on Hold'em - Best Poker Tournament Strategy " about Harrington on Hold'em

The Harrington on Hold'em series of books is outstanding for the intermediate to advanced poker player. Harrington and Co-Author Bill Robertie are two accomplished gamesmen and understand the ins and outs of poker.

The layout of the book tackles topics relative to tournament poker and then various examples are presented where the reader actively participates in decision making and hand analysis. Volume 1 considers general poker philosophy and how it is applied to tournament poker and early tournament play and situations. As with the whole series of books, Harrington not only tells you why a decision is correct, but why other options are wrong. Very logical and well organized. Book 2 covers end game situations and difficult decisions that arise when the blinds are high relative to the chip stacks. His mathematical approach to all-in situation takes the bite out of getting beat at the end of a tournament. Like the first book, there are numerous examples that help clarify and...
...

marciniak71 says "Brinkmann Smoke 'n Grill - Entry level smoker" about Brinkmann Smoke 'n Grill

The Brinkmann Smoke 'n Grill is a cheap way to get started if you are interested in smoking meats at home.

Assembly is pretty easy. Many retailers are willing to assemble it for you and it will easily fit in the back of your car assembled. It is light weight easily moved. Its appearance is nice and looks similar to other more expensive smokers. It costs around 30 dollars to buy, which most folks can afford. Make sure you stock up on charcoal and wood chips/chunks for smoking.

The charcoal pan and water pan seem somewhat thin and I am a little afraid they wont last through more than a couple summers. I have saved the company's contact info to order replacements if needed. Also, the temperature gauge on the lid of the unit doesn't really reflect the temperature on the lower smoking rack. Keep the water pan filled about an inch with water so the meat doesn't start to burn.

I wouldn't use this unit for grilling unless I was traveling for tailgating, where it would be OK. ...
...

marciniak71 says "2006 Sentra - Great MPG and Value, Nice Interior" about Nissan Sentra - 2006

The 2006 Nissan Sentra was the last year the Nissan Company produced this particular model design. The 07 and later models have an updated body and new engine design. I was able to get a great deal on this car new because the new model was arriving soon. For the money, I am very happy with the car. As a note, I have the 1.8S automatic transmission special edition version of the car.

The interior is spacious, for a compact car, in the front seat area. The back seats are tight but adequate for children. I am 6'1'' and the driver's seat and controls are comfortable for me. Too much taller would probably start to get uncomfortable.

I use the car for highway driving and get about 37-40MPG at 65mph. I have had to have it down to 45 on the hwy because of weather and got 44MPG at that speed. I live in a flat area, which probably contributes to the higher than expected MPG. In the city it gets around 30-32MPG.

At 45,000 miles, it has been reliable and steady. I had to...
...
