I like the new formula (started with the Australia collection in Spring 2007), but I have a love/hate view of the new "Pro-Wide Brush" -- I have small fingernails and it's hard for me to control the brush sometimes.  That's why I only gave it 4 stars and didn't say it was easy to apply....
