I order Valentines Day flowers from 1-800-flowers. The order of over $150 was accepted and delivery to be made on Valentines Day. By February 17th, flowers had still not been delivered. I sent an email to their customer service and received an automated reply that said it would be answered. I later got a link to track the order and could find no delivery information, In the meantime my CC had been charged for the full amount and expedited delivery. I again sent an email and received an automated reply that my email would be answered. My repeated attempts to contact them were futile and on March 15th my CC was credited for the amount of the order with no explanation or apology. In a business environment where the only thing that distinguishes many vendors is customer service, 1-800-flowers failed miserably. I do 90% of my non-food shopping online and will not use them again. I could accept late delivery but to simply be ignored is beyond the pale....
