In desperation to breathe so I could perhaps get some sleep, I picked up a bottle of Afrin sever congestion. Yes, it sure took  care of the breathing problem but buned unbelievably bad. And within a few days after using it I had a severe sinus infection. So take into consideration how sensitive your sinuses are before using this product....
