http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/majorpjd Fri, 04 Jul 2008 11:40:14 GMT Reviews by majorpjd http://www.viewpoints.com/Honda-Rebel-450-1987-Motorcycle-review-f0502 I have owned both a 1969 CB450 and now a 1987 Rebel 450 CMX.  Love them both.  The 87 is solid, dependable transportation.  It starts every time, and with 28000 miles, still has great compression and gets an average 68.5 mpg.  Just goes to show you not all are lemons.  It has had a new clutch and chain @ 25k, had routine maintenance other than that.  I love my bike...PJD...
