I bought it originally for my ten year old daughter. I ended up using it myself -- if you can believe it. It is easy to use and doesnt make alot of noise, which i sincerely appreciate. It adds up the money as you deposit it. It makes saving fun, easy and educational for kids too. I actually saved more than I ever thought i would. I honestly love this. I have never seen a bank that makes you want to save, like this one does. I saved all of my change on a daily basis and ended up saving about four hundred dollars the first month alone. You just keep dropping money in and one day you look and the numbers add up so quickly. There is a reason they have been in business as long as they have -- its really quite simple. they are the best. Forget about borders, waldenbooks and all of those other "competitors". It is very, very comfortable. It doesnt stain. It is soft and cushy to the touch. The sheets dont bunch up on it. I have made pot roast that melts in your mouth...pulled pork that beats anything you have ever had in a restaurant...nachos...you name it, i have made it... this is something that you buy once and have for years. I use it for parties, potlucks -- any and everything you can possibly think of. I simply love my crock pot == and no one, but no one makes a crockpot like Rival. They are inexpensive, durable and very,very easy to use. I would recommend you get yourself a Rival. I would also recommend you buy yourself a crockpot cookbook. Once you get started, you become hooked. I cannot possibly think of anything I wouldnt or couldnt make in a crockpot that isnt easier, faster and a whole lot more convenient than slaving over a hot stove for hours upon hours....
