This last summer while staying there my son pulled a drowning child from the pool and save the child's life.  They gave him a gift certificate for dinner and the next day after the room was cleaned so was the gift certificate.  Tried to contact the manager with no success.  We like Mexico a lot but quite not sure if we will return to El Cid....
