madmamX2000 says "Leave no stone or anything else unturned" about CSI

I've enjoyed this show tremendously! It's one of the regular shows that I watch faithfully. I've also watch CSI:NY and CSI:Miami and they are both real good but CSI the original is still my favorite. I just love Gil Grissom and the way he interacts with the CSI crew, the public and his own problems. This show can pack a TON of action, thought provoking situations, problem solving, and a good crime to try to solve. I find that the writers are very good about medical terms, body anatomy and medical procedures that show up in the show. I'm a medical professional and it does my heart good to see things done correctly. It's rare that I'll catch a 'mistake or medically improper occurance'. This show is the best! Hope it goes on for more seasons with the same cast....

madmamX2000 says "I'll Be Back!!!" about The Terminator: Sarah Conner Chronicles

I am a big fan of the Terminator trilogy and have seen the movies numerous times. This TV show is great and the choosen actors and actresses are fantastic in playing John and Sarah in 'the between movies life'. The actress playing John's Terminator protector is great. There is a lot of the movie timelines in this show, a good amount of humor and a lot of great action. Hope this show lasts for many seasons....

madmamX2000 says "Educational and funny with a touch of - Yuck, Ewww and Gross!" about Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe

This has got to be one of the best TV shows on currently. Mike Rowe is so funny and actually looks like he is enjoying do his 'jobs'. His commercial with the pig on the pedestal should be a warning to how the show plays. Humorous with a smudge of dirt. I think my favorite one is the pig farmer in Las Vegas. The 'dirty job' factor was a 10 and the 'Funny' factor was right up there. This is a great show. I know I will be watching this show as long as it airs. "Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe" is a very clean show, appropriate for families with the word 'Poo" involved in probably 80% of the shows....

madmamX2000 says "New York gets it again!!" about Cloverfield

Couldn't wait to see this movie and when it came out I was not disappointed. The picture angle of a hand-held, first person camera makes this movie different than most. The shaking and rapid movement didn't bother me at all though I know some others who became dizzy. This film starts a little slow but the players are introduced then so I guess it was necessary. Once the film gets rolling, explosions, noise, panic, fear and confusion reign. I will see it again just to see what I missed the first time around. There is so much to see that I'm sure I overlooked a lot of the film....

madmamX2000 says "A great remake of a classic movie" about I Am Legend (2007)

This was a very good movie. I love the original with Charleston Heaston but this sure falls in step with a more up-to-date plot. The computer animation was good and the movie moved along very well. Lots of action and surprises....

madmamX2000 says "Perfect for ANYTHING!" about Pampered Chef Large Round Baking Stone - 1370

Love this stone. I'm on my 3rd stone. First one was dropped, second one had a cold pan set on it while it was hot - broke clean in 2. My current stone is 7 years old and still going strong. I use it for cookies, bread loaved, rolls, french fries, pizza, hors' d overs, reheating crispy chicken, and a whole lot more....

madmamX2000 says "Saves time 'cause you don't have to pre-scrub" about Electrasol Dual Action Cleaning Power Automatic Dishwasher Detergent

I like the fact that there are 2 cleansers for cleaning in addition to the power ball that reduces water spots. My dishes look great, I don't need to re-wash anything, not even casserole dishes....
