I have owned several blenders before I purchased my VITAMIX but none of them lasted very long due to their poor quality.

I purchased this one about five years ago and it is easy to use and performs outstandingly. I have yet to find anything that it cannot do other than clean my house.

It is a comercial quality blender that comes with two containers, dry and wet, will grind meat for meatloaf to any consistency desired, grind wheat or other grains for flour and then you can actually combine all of the ingerdients in the container to make your bread or anything else in one container. All that you have to do is empty it into the baking container let it rise then pop it into the oven.

This appliance is able to reduse any vegetables into juice or make soup, makes excellent smoothies and comes with a recipe book that is simple and easy to use.

I highly reccomend this to any one that wants to have an appliance that will do anything from grinding wheat or other grains to pureeing food for infants....
...
