After i checked out and was coming home they offered to put me in another motel at the same price. no one with the company could speak good english....duh.....  we are in america. do not ever book travel with this company they are rude and never correct the problems and believe me there were alot of problems at this motel. it was a discrace to even be featured on travelocity....
