luvs10is says "A-1 Rating 1-800 Customer Service" about Verizon Wireless Network

I have been a Verizon customer since 2003. I have no issues with calling their 1-800 Customer Service line. No matter the question or problem with equipment/service, I have always received great response from the rep. The only reason why I give Verizon a 3-star rating is because whenever I upgrade a phone, the in-store rep tells me I need to sign a new agreement. On each occasion, something gets "dropped" from my original service plan. The most recent case (in Feb 2008), they dropped my text plan in which I was charged for additional text messaging exceeding the monthly limit. Somehow my 250 msg was changed to 100 msg. Otherwise, I have no qualms with Verizon. I've never had a dropped call or had issues with sound. I have a Palm Treo and I love it! But since I'm technically challenged I haven't figured out how it sync it with my computer. I've only had one successful attempt so far--the initial one--after that, I still haven't completed a successful wireless sync....

luvs10is says "Like the original Magic Eraser with built-in foaming cleaner" about Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Foaming Cleaner

I liked the original Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, so I thought this product would be just as good. I was sadly disappointed, though. It did not foam like it said on the box. I tried cleaning my bath tub with it. (I usually use Soft Scrub to clean the bath tub). The sponge became mutilated and did not clean the tub at all. It does work in the kitchen, but not in the tub. So I guess I'll stick to my original way of cleaning the tub with liquid cleanser and muscle power.

If you use it in the kitchen or on counters or walls, I would suggest wiping again with a wet cloth in case there is cleanser still left on the surface. But then again, save your money and use the original product, which works great just the way it is.
...

luvs10is says "My dog loves it...what else matters!" about Heartgard Plus Chewables

I have a 6-year old Shih Tzu which I've had since he was a puppy. I want him to be a around for many more years. He loves his HeartGuard and can recognize the box right away. I don't have to say anything. As soon as I pick up the box, he sits next to me with his tail still wagging.

Because my dog's teeth are crooked, he has a hard time chewing and tends to swallow most things. For this reason, I break it into little pieces (which is not very easy to do). My vet recommended HeartGuard even though my dog is in the house most of the time. Because he's housebroken, the vet suggested I put him on HeartGuard to be on the safe side. Better safe, than sorry.
...

luvs10is says "it works just like it's name says!" about Renuzit Super Odor Neutralizer

The name says it all. I love this product and my home is never without it--since I own both a dog and a cat. One or two pumps is all you need, and the smell is gone almost like magic. Like the other reviewer said, it can be quite powerful. I don't have to buy this too often because it last so long. Usually I buy in bulk when products go on sale, but with this product, I can last through several sales ads until I run out....

luvs10is says "love it for simple cleanups" about Mr Clean Magic Eraser, Extra Power

When the product first came out, I had to try it for myself. I had some stains on my countertop that I couldn't remove with other cleaners. Well, to my surprise, the Magic Eraser did the job. I used it on the white walls in my kitchen too, as well as my cabinets. I did notice that it was removing some of the paint, but if you don't scrub too hard, it's not too bad. I just wanted to remove the "noticeable" stains. This product can be relatively inexpensive if you wait for it to go on sale and use coupons.

The only thing I really don't like about it, is that it gets scrunched up and if you scrub too hard, little pieces break off. But then that's also true with regular sponges.
...

luvs10is says "the only solid air freshner I buy for the home" about Renuzit Adjustable Air Freshener

I use Renuzit solid air freshners exclusively in the home. I own a cat so I use the Super Odor Killer and it does work. However, the product does not last as long as I think it should. (Or maybe, it's just my percention .... is a couple of weeks considered short?) But since it costs only $0.99 when it does go on sale, I guess I shouldn't complain. The other two fragrances I buy are "After the Rain" and "Sunny Laundry" because I don't care for the floral scents. ...
