University of Phoenix ruined my experience about attending online classes. I am a single parent of two and for months the University said that I would be getting my grants--never happened. I was a straight A student and worked by tail off and every time I went to talk to a counselor it was someone different-they fire their employees and go through them quickly. I do not like that. It was also too time consuming, and hard to reach instructors. Personally, If you are thinking about taking online classes, that should be your last choice. Now I am in debt and for what, because of the lies that the people tell you there....
