luckygrrrl says "Classic, clean scent. Fragrance not overpowering." about Shikai Moisturizing Shower Gel (Cucumber Melon)

I bought this product on sale from Long's drugs for under two dollars. I must say that I really enjoy the subtle, yet luxurious scent. It's easy on my sensitive skin, too. I think I will try it as a shampoo next time I take a bath.
The main thing that appealed to me though, is that it's a vegan product. For those who don't know what that means, vegan is a food or product that doesn't contain any animal products in it's ingredients. Being that I'm trying to live more of a conscientious and eco-friendly lifestyle, I really do appreciate that there is no animal cruelty involved in the making of this product....

luckygrrrl says "Don't waste your time on this company." about Panda Research

The idea behind Panda Research is a good one: take surveys and get paid for it. It's very simple. Mainly the surveys that the company was talking about is you sign up for various offers using your credit card and you get money credited to your account. Well, that's fine and good, but even if I fufilled my part of the bargin (i.e. completing "special offers") I had a difficult time getting payment from them. It states on the website that I would get paid within 6 weeks. Well, 6 weeks came and went and I still didn't get paid. I decided to be a good sport about it, and wait maybe two more weeks. After two weeks, there still was no payment. I was getting a little irritated at that point because even though I wasn't getting a large sum of money from these people, I did decide to give it a try to see how their services works. I fufilled my end of the bargin, but in essence, I had to get on them many times to find out what was going on. Finally after about seven emails asking what was going on,......

luckygrrrl says "Not tested on animals, inexpensive and great moisturizer." about Palmer's Shea Butter Formula

I bought a 9 oz. jar of Palmer's Shea Butter Formula (it normally comes in a 7.5 oz jar but I was lucky enough to get a special deal) at Walmart. I admit that it was an impulse buy, but after I started using it for a while, I grew to love it more and more. Basically, the product comes in a large, round jar. The consistency is that of cold butter (solid fat). I know it sounds gross, but I put it on my face because I'm cursed with incredibly sensitive facial skin. I have eczema on my eyelids and it gets inflamed and painful during the winter months. Granted, Sacramento really doesn't have a winter month, but when it gets cold, it gets dry. Anyway, I put it on my face, especially around my delicate eye area and not only did it moisturize my skin, it also stopped the painful irritation and the itching. Another quality that I like about this product is that it's not tested on animals. I love animals and I try to live a more eco-conscious life. I guess that's it. Try Palmer's Shea Butter Formula......

luckygrrrl says "Versatile, non-toxic and very effective." about Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Pure-Castile Soap

I've used Dr. Bronner's liquid soap for a long time. Initially, I had bought two 32 ounce bottles of the soap (one in peppermint and the other in almond). They have dozens of uses and in addition to that, it's a good value per ounce. Both of those bottles lasted me about a year and a half because I didn't need to use a lot when I was cleaning. Usually a capful works to do the job. I only use if for cleaning, not for skin care or for a shampoo because I have sensitive skin and dry hair and it could be a little harsh on my sensitive skin. When I used it as a face wash, it made my face feel really tight and my hair was really dry. I don't know if it was because I used too much of it, but the peppermint essential oils do tend to have a drying effect. It's good as a laundry detergent, though. Anyhoo, the main reasons why I love this product so much is because it's a great value per ounce of the liquid, Dr. Bronner's soap is completely organic, non-toxic and biodegradable (which is good for......

I bought this for $15 a year ago and I'm still using this. The concealer is long lasting and the color matches my skin tone perfectly. I really suggest you try it today. MAC is a good company to buy from. Some of the products are expensive, but definitely good quality......
