My invoice said it may not be necessary to return the product for refund and I do not want to pay out another 2.50 to send it back only to get a 5.99 refund. — I was told by there phone customer service that they are behind 6 months in answering emails because they only have 2 girls doing them. Well thats not not my problem . she was not helpful and told me to send the item back . They work very well to keep things organized with out the 8 or 9 dollar price tag of space bags - they also hold up much better I have a few space bags and found that after a while the air gets back in and they are no longer flat . — The ziplock big bags can be stuffed full and the seal stays closed and are made of really strong plastic. also the handle is a real good idea for carrying items to the car for travel . there are so many uses for these they really come in handy for any kind of organization project . I think everyone should give silk milk a try and keep some in the fridge to fall back on in-case your regular cows milk is to old to use . Watching TV became a remote control tag game that was often very frustrating . —  With the Logitech harmony one universal remote we programed it through the computer and presto everything works as it should using only that remote . When I press the power button on the logitech it automatically turns everything on and selects the correct input channels for that unit . no more selecting AV1 or Component 2 etc to watch TV .
