lolabonita00 says "WHAT A WASTE." about Baby Einstein Videos

Wow, these videos were so lame. I tried using them at different stages for my children from birth to 18 months and they were completely uninterested. These are nothing but an overpriced gimmick concocted by potheads who probably enjoy watching these videos more than some kids do. Besides, kids under 2 years shouldn't watch tv. Put them in their little Excersaucers if you need a few minutes!!...

My son couldn't get enough of this, he sat in it plenty between 5 months and age 1 when he suddenly grew too big for it. The best part? I got it on clearance for $40! ...

lolabonita00 says "The only kind that ever worked for us!" about Enfamil A.R. Lipil Infant Formula

My son had terrible acid reflux for almost the first 2 years of his life. The first year we tried 2 or 3 different kinds of 'thicker' formulas to get him to reduce spitting up so much, and by the time he was 4 months old we found Enfamil A.R. This stuff was a godsend. Not only did he keep the formula down, but he no longer needed to eat constantly from spitting up so much....

Creamy, moisturizes, smells delicious, isn't too expensive, and prevents sunburn. It doesn't get any simpler, or any better, than this stuff. I haven't even tried the spray-on kind yet....

lolabonita00 says "My kid loves this." about Fisher Price "The Farmer Says" See 'n' Say

My 2-year old son absolutely loves this toy. He'll carry it around yelling "Ole Ma-donna" until we set it to "Old MacDonald" repeatedly. He's pinched his fingers in it a few times from pulling the handle too aggressively, but overall he loves this toy. And, if he's happy, we're happy....

This lock fit on my stove just fine. It stuck pretty well- until I turned on the oven to preheat and it melted the adhesive right off. How is it supposed to protect my kids from burns if it doesn't stay attached? Don't bother....

lolabonita00 says "Not too bad!" about Luvs Diapers

These diapers worked just fine for my kids. We never had a single problem with them so long as we bought the diapers that fit correctly. The weight/sizes on the package never seemed to line up with my kids. When they were tiny, their diapers would almost cover their belly buttons. But I've found that when they got older and their bellies would get rounder, rather than buying the size that was 'supposed' to fit and really just ended up needing to be folded down with big baggy legs, we bought a smaller size and had the kids wear them under their stomachs. This worked just fine for us....

lolabonita00 says "Gave me back what I was missing." about Enbrel

I was diagnosed with Psoriasis at age 5. I developed Rheumatoid Arthritis in my early 20's and was told without treatment now, I would have 10% use of my hands by age 50. So by the age of 25, over half of my body was covered in Psoriasis and there was very little I could wear without feeling extremely self-conscious. I used Enbrel for several months before becoming pregnant again and I noticed a difference within 2 months. It worked that quickly. My Psoriasis began going away and my joints felt much better. I look forward to using it again after my pregnancy.
...

lolabonita00 says "Used them forever- they're that good!" about Avon Glimmersticks Eyeliner

I have worn Glimmersticks Eyeliners for at least 10 years now. I absolutely love them- you can create both a natural look or a dramatic smoky look depending on your application technique. They come in great colors (especially around the holidays) for fun looks or your standard brown or black for every day wear. They're cheap so you won't die if you lose or break one. They are nice and creamy which makes them a cinch to apply- however this creaminess translates into melty eyeliner when it gets very hot outside....

lolabonita00 says "Don't buy!" about Walmart Any Fish

I don't care a whit about Wal-Mart's service. Every Wal-Mart I've ever been to has given me terrible service, those poor overworked, underpaid employees... anyway, about the fish- they were awful. I've bought fish from them on several occasions and they have always gotten sick and died. However I've never had any problems with the fish I've purchased from reputable fish suppliers or pet stores.
...

lolabonita00 says "The standard in baby care." about Johnson & Johnson Head-to-Toe Baby Wash

This product works exactly the way it is supposed to, in my opinion. I noticed a "cons" option was "doesn't lather well in washcloth". Well, it's really not supposed to lather, that's what makes it 'no tears'. I loved the fact it was head to toe and had such a nice, mild scent- that combined with Johnson's classic pink baby lotion makes for the most delicious scent- exactly what you think of when you think of how a baby should smell. Cleans well and didn't dry my baby's skin....

These are the only diapers I found that wouldn't leak during the night. I also found them to be the best fitting on a stocky baby with a big belly and small hips! They really do move with baby! I'd highly recommend these to anyone who would listen. ...

lolabonita00 says "Excellent Customer Service!" about Alltel

Alltel is fabulous. The best part is My Circle- having 10 friends whom you speak to on a regular basis. Although there is a minimum rate plan with My Circle, I rarely go over my minutes because I don't get charged for talking to the main people I call. As long as they have My Circle and the price doesn't change, I'll be sticking with Alltel forever!...
