loira74 says "These DVD's are great for everyone" about Gaiam Yoga

I started doing yoga in my 5th month of pregnancy when I couldn't run anymore. I did a Gaiam PreNatal disk by Shiva Rea and it was great and I wished I had tried Yoga before. I also have her Post Natal disk. I have Yoga Conditioning for weight loss with Suzanne Deason and it's fantastic, too. My daughter climbs all over me when I practice yoga, so I bought her Yoga Kids with Marsha Wenig and she adores it and wants to do it over and over, she's only 2, but does pretty well anyway....

I bought these when my daughter started crawling around. Soon after that she discovered the outlets and started pulling at them. To my astonishment, she pulled them right out! They are larger than most and that makes them easy to pull out. I have some others, I think from IKEA that are flat and she can't get out....
