      <description>&lt;p&gt;This is a great idea for new students trying to better their flexability. Though , it may take time to find balance with the yoga ball, It is still a great way to build lean , longer muscles. I have recommened this ball to a few students here and there that were working on their back bends (bridges , wheels, ect..) .&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Namaste, Lo&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
