You definetly don't get what you pay for. When my clothes are on the spin cycle it shakes so bad the the washer actually moves from it's original location. The washer is also extremly load on the spin cycle. Would have been better off woth the 400.00 dollar washer instead of the 2, 000.00 one. On a positive note it does get the clothes clean....
