The Brooks Cascadia 4 trail shoe is great for all terrain running. I've worn the shoes for about 20 miles so far, fairly new shoes. The fit is great for my feet, they feel nice and snug on my feet. I've run in sand, dirt, on wooded trails and even in pavement and the shoes feel great and have held up well so far! Great quality for the price!

Tried the Mothership Wit this past weekend while enjoying a music festival in the Mountains of NC. What an amazing summer wheat beer! The beer has a hint of orange, but not quite as fruity as a Blue Moon. I appreciate the craftsmanship of the Mothership Wit, organic and simply delicious!

Is a review necessary for such an amazing animal? I think not....but because there is a category for my one true love, I must write about her. Golden's are very friendly, passive dogs. My favorite, very light colored, Bailey dog, also known as God in my house, sheds too much. This is the only complaint I have with my golden. She is beautiful, plays with any other pup, two year old, or old geezer in the neighborhood. Fair warning though, please give your golden, or any dog, sufficient exercise. If pup's aren't given enough exercise time, they are seriously annoying and unhappy.

PS. Golden's are the greatest : )
