http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/littlebit38 Mon, 24 Mar 2008 08:06:03 GMT Reviews by littlebit38 http://www.viewpoints.com/The-Bender-Ball-review-5da74  This is a piece of crap; does not do anything near what it is suppose to do; this is a back killer; does not inflate all the way; very poor customer service; they shipped items that I did not order and when I sent back they never gave me full credit.  You get stuck paying for the shipping even though it was their screw up.  Took over two weeks to get, but they charged the credit card the minute they got the order.  I cancelled all future shipments from them.  But two weeks later they charged my card again.  I called and told them to put my money back and that I did not want their piece of crap.  She told me the item was in the warehouse and has not shipped.  Well it shipped out anyway a week later and I still got charged for the shipping charges.  guess this is the only way they are going to make money.  sure learned my lesson of ordering from tv....
