lisa95136 says "We like it but multiple service visits has been a nuisance" about GE Profile Built-in Dishwasher

What we like:
This dishwasher has a sanitize feature and cleans dishes well. You do need to pre-rinse, and soak dishes with hardened or baked-on food, but dishes with few exceptions come out shiny and clean if we do this.

It has a fairly large capacity (though there are others much larger) and has easy-to-use controls with mulitple settings:

Rinse only
China crystal
Normal wash
Cookware
Anti-bacteria
Delay hours
Added heat
Heated dry

I always use the "anti-bacteria" with "added heat" settings, which work well! The delay is nice for washing at night, since this machine is somewhat noisy, but this has a drawback if your machine decides to stop pumping water and still turns on the heating element, as ours did. More on this later.

The racks inside fold down to accommodate most any shape item. There is not much clearance room on the top or bottom rack as compared with higher-end models, but for comparable models it has similar clearance.

The water dispenser for the bottom rack is at an angle, allowing you...
...

lisa95136 says "No buyer's remorse here!" about Toyota Prius - 2007

In a nutshell - I love my Prius, which I've owned for 6 months now.
Mine is fully loaded, since I wanted GPS and leather, and those options mean a full package. I haven't regretted the decision once however. The options are very reasonably priced as is this car.

I highly recommend shopping online via the Toyota web site, and get dealership quotes emailed to you, as I got lower quotes this way - much lower than going to the dealership and trying to haggle down. I tried this too, but ended up going with the email quote as it was over $2000 less. Additionally, it makes for a no-stress shopping experience when you go to purchase your car - just sign some paperwork, decide on a couple of warranty options and you're done.

I bought this car for the mileage, and give it 4 stars out of 5 for mileage. Only 4, because for average driving needs you will only get about 51 mpg. However, I average 55-59 mpg, for two reasons: one, I am careful about acceleration; two, I drive mostly freeway miles.

How can...
...

lisa95136 says "You will have to judge for yourself" about Kaiser Permanente - Santa Clara, CA

Infertility is an incredibly complex subject which varies greatly from individual to individual, and I will not judge these doctors and nurse practitioners on whether or not I was able to conceive/keep a pregnancy. However, I will say that in comparison with 2 other infertility clinics I have been to, Kaiser Santa Clara REI was by far the most conservative. They did not give the same volume of tests nor did they prescribe half the medications other clinics did. One example I will give is Lovenox; I asked several times if one of my test results warranted my using Lovenox, and they repeatedly said no, Lovenox was too dangerous and drastic, and I should simply take baby aspirin. When I showed them a new study (published in a medical journal) that said baby aspirin at 81mg daily was found to have absolutely no effect at all in IVF success rates (Is low-dose aspirin beneficial in IVF?, Issue 15: 23 Jul 2007, Fertility and Sterility 2007), they ignored me. When I went to two subsequent REI......
