The side effects are awful.  Not that I eat tons of fats during one meal, however if you do this pill will let you know it. — I have only been on it for about three weeks but am really thinking hard if its worth continuing.  It is very expensive and not covered on a flexible spending account.  So  you wont get reimbursed anywhere for it.  I am a little nervous to stop the pill also, since I have read that once you stop it you can actually gain weight. — I was looking for something to give me a little push through the less active winter months to actually kick me up a little until the spring came and I got more active.  Now I am thinking I may have gotten into something that wasnt such a good idea. — We will have to see how it plays out I guess and maybe have to work extra hard come the spring to fix...
