lightningboldt says "Only $139/class and gained lots of practical knowledge" about ed2go.com - n/a Online School,TX

I am reviewing an online school called ed2go.com. I found this school when I was looking to take classes in the Austin TX area. I looked into the local community college and noticed they had online classes. When I probed a little further I found out that I could either schedule it through the school and receive credits or enroll directly into ed2go and deal with them directly. Since I did not need credits I decided to enroll directly in a class at ed2go.

I decided to sign up for a webdesign class and really did not expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. This is the type of subject I need to be walked through because it is very detailed. However, when I started the class I found the lessons to be explained very well and I received much support from the instructors and teaching assistants. They are available to answer questions. There is also much support from the student community as well. Students exchange ideas and questions as well as casual talk in the discussion...
...

lightningboldt says "Muskoka Electric Stove is so realistic, very cute & oldfashioned" about Muskoka Electric Stove

The Muskoka Electric Stove: The stove/heater is available at Plow & Hearth. Anyway, we love this little electric heater that looks like an old fashioned stove. It is real easy to set up to just unpack it and plug it in. It's that simple anyone can do it. There is no gas hookups or anything like that to worry about. It is so realistic looking you would think it was a real gas stove. There are two levels of heat and just takes the chill off of the air in the wintertime. (We live in TX) My sister in Massachusetts recommended it to us and we love it. It's also portable and can be moved from room to room. You can also just turn on the "flames" without the heat. It comes in three colors green, red and black. We decided to get the red or (cranberry color) as is specified on the website. We move alot and now we have this great heater to take with us. It has become one of our favorite household items. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it put out enough heat...
...

Professor Teaches Office, Windows, Web & Graphics Training DVD's. I was looking for a product to help to update my computer skills and decide on what software I may be interested in purchasing. I found the Professor Teaches Office, Windows, Web and Graphics computer training system to be a great help. It has tutorials for the following software: Microsoft office 2007, 2003, & XP Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Publisher, Windows, Windows vists, Windows XP & 2000, internet explorer, Web & Graphics, Photoshop, Expression Web, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML & more.

The product has been a great help and has worked great. I have taken my computer skills to a whole new level. The training is very realistic and interactive. It has both voice and written instructions, examples followed by a quiz. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the voice quit in one of the lessons but otherwise is a great learning tool.
...

lightningboldt says "I was pleasantly surprised; great printer for the price." about Lexmark X5470 All-In-One InkJet Printer

The Lexmark X5470 printer: I was pleasantly surprised with printer. I read some of the reviews at Target where I bought this printer and have not experienced any of the problems some of the other users had. It has been about six months since we purchsed the printer and it has hardly ever had a paper jam; only a few times. It is used for regular printing, copying and printing photographs. Although it has a fax function we have yet to use it. It is also very easy to use and the disk that came with it made the hookup easy as well. It works fine for home personal use but I would not recommend it for a business office where it would be under constant use. I don't believe the computer was made for use in an office type environment. However, for personal home use it has been the perfect printer for us and we hightly recommend it for that purpose. If you do use it to print large photo's 8x10 or larger it will tend to drain the color ink quickly. Great Printer Overall.
...

lightningboldt says "Expensive yes but worth every dime." about Chi Flat Iron

For anyone with thick, wavy, uncontrolable, unmanageable or frizzy hair you will love this product. This product has been life changing for me. I have been using it for about 4 years now. It was more expensive than what I would usually pay for hairstyling equipment but it is worth every dime. I have always had thick, wavy and unmanagable hair and when this product came along it revolutionalized my life. I really feel put together when I straighten my hair. It gave me a whole new look not to mention my hair will stay put for the entire day. It shows off my face better because before my face tended to hide behind all the thick wavy and out of control locks. Since it is a "ceramic" iron it is quite gentle. It eliminates the frizz completely and the hair stays that way all throughout the day and into the next day. The most I ever need is just to touch it up but most of the time the hair will stay flat ironed and will help you to manage your hair.
...

lightningboldt says "Smells terrific, is ph balanced; you'll love it. Great Product" about Suave Naturals Vanilla Floral Shampoo

Suave Naturals Shampoo, especially the Vanilla Floral Shampoo: As a licensed beautician (although not working in the field) I can endorse this product; infact the Suave shampoo line in general is a quality product due to the fact that it is ph balanced and leaves your hair smelling wonderful. The hair is soft and managable and feel very clean. It is one of the best hair products on the market and is a comparable and inexpensive alternative to expensive salon shampoos when your on a budget. (don't tell your hairdresser I told you but it's a true and well kept secret) My advise is give it a try you'll love it. The vanilla floral shampoo is clear, so you can see through the bottle and it makes a great lather. I also got the conditioner to go along with it and both products leave your hair soft, shinny, manageable and smelling great. The vanilla scent always seems to put me into a happy mood for the day and even seems to energize me. Try the other scents as well. I have...
...

lightningboldt says "Head and Shoulders intensive treatment cleared up the flakes" about Head & Shoulders Intensive Treatment

Head and Shoulders intensive treatment: Head and Shoulders intensive treatment is everything the product claims to be and cleared up dandruff and flakiness. I usually am able to use it about once a week and use another shampoo inbetween the times I use head and shoulders. Once a week is enough for me to keep the dandruff under control and I find it is a good idea to switch shampoos from time to time anyway. It was recommended by the store pharmacy and I agree it really worked. It keeps my hair clean and manageable, it is gentle and PH balanced so it is safe for everyday. It is ok to use on permed or colored hair. I do not have permed or colored hair but as a licensed beautician (licensed but not working in the field) I find learning about what shampoos and hair care products very interesting and have learned alot about shampoo's over the years so as a result I can endorse this product.
...
