      <description>&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I must say, I have done a lot of time with many diet pillls in my life, but my experience with Alli has been for the most part, a learning experience.&#160;I have been overweight most of my life and dieted probably half of the years I've been on this earth. What made me decide to try it one more time was beyond me at this point in my life. But let's face it, no matter what, we humans just keep on trying over and over to ge it right. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I started using Alli one Sunday morning thinking in my mind that would be the best day since it was the beginning of the week and also since I am usually not exposed to junk food as I am during the work week. Also after reading the instructions and talking to others who have tried the product informed&#160;that if I eat anything rich and fatting while taking Alli, I would definately regret it. The directions clearly state that if you eat too much fat you will get gas, oily spotting, loose stools, well you get the picture. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, the first day went well as most diets...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
