The color choices are better now - and while it does need to be reapplied every 30-45 minutes - it makes your lips fel so good it's worth it.... If you can use a measurnig cup and a calculator to count your calories then you can do this by yourself - with more regular foods. Just don't be surprised that it's pricey - and you still have to add your own "side" dishes, so more fodd $$ - not an overnight fix either, but if you need to lose a LOT of weight this might be able to help you get started....
