lexilewords says "Too sweet by far" about Crystal Light - On The Go - Iced Tea

In the summer my family decided instead of buying big bottles of juice we'd buy the 24pk of waters that are usually on sale and then just use the 'on-the-go' packets to flavor it. This worked out wonderfully and each week we tried a different brand to see which ones we liked the best overall.

Unforunately Crystal Lite lost on all fronts. Depending on who you asked the flavoring was either too over-powering and sickly sweet or it was too bland and didn't really taste like anything but water with a little bit of powder. For me I found the artificial sugar made my teeth hurt and gave me a stomach ache, as well as it being too sweet.

If you are a fan of Crystal Lite otherwise then you will probably enjoy this, otherwise I'd pass and go for something not artificial if possible.
...

This review is mostly based upon my experience with Vitamin Water 'Dragonfruit' and Vitamin Water 'Kiwi-Strawberry'.

I began drinking Vitamin Water at my former job, an all natural grocery store, because it was almost always on sale and it looked appealing. I grew rather addicted to the taste of the Dragonfruit one in particular and would often buy cases so that I had some while I was at home or at school.

Now if I have a choice I will exclusively drink Dragonfruit because its both refreshing, tasty and manages to keep my energy levels high enough for me to get my job done. I work with toddlers 10 hours a day so you can imagine the amount of energy required just to keep them sitting still for five minutes.

I admit that now that Vitamin water is more mainstream its more expensive--what used to be about $0.69 on sale is now about $1.29--so for anyone who is wishing to buy a cheaper water alternative this isn't really a price conscious thing. On the other hand Vitamin Water offers what...
...
