leapfrog2 says "My P7 Sleep Number bed is fantastic!" about Sleep Number Model 7000

We are currently proud owners of the Sleep Number 7000, which is now called the P7 i think. This bed is the answer to our prayers! We have gone through 2 mattress sets in the past 5 years. I don't know why, but our matressess always seemed to sag in the middle by the end of the year. We've even had what was supposed to be a top notch set. We would wake up with crippling back pain and stiff necks. The Sleep Number bed has made a huge difference! I have suffered a few lower back injuries and traditional mattresses always left me feeling like I was just ran over by a frieght truck. When I get up in the morning now, my back feels at least 80% better. My back still does hurt in the mornings but nothing like it did. The sleep number bed works for us for various reasons. I like my bed some what soft and of course, he likes his side to be a little firmer. Since the Sleep Number has dual air chambers, I can set my number low for softness and he can set his a little higher to make his side harder....
...

leapfrog2 says "Wii FIt is a wonderful creation!" about Nintendo Wii Fit

I have just recently purchased the Wii Fit for my Wii console. I feel that this game is very effective, even for people who don't have a lot of time to spare. The only time I give myself to do anything for my self is in the morning before work. I usually spend about 10-20 minutes a morning on this.

The pluse side of this game is that it has a variety of activities to keep you occupied. The different workouts include Yoga, Streangth Training, Balancing, and aerobic workouts. All areas, I find, have difficutly levels ranging from very easy to challenging. I find this to be an excellent work out for the fact that after doing some of the exercises my muscles feel sore and some of them make me sweat, so I know it's working.

On the down side, I think that the trainers could use a little work. You get to choose from 2 personal trainers, male or female and they basically say the same thing. You just have to watch them to learn how to do the movement. I think they could use a little more "pep"...
...
