leahkay1217 says "I LOVE LOVE LOVE this car!" about MINI Cooper - 2006

I had my heart set on a MINI from the moment I laid eyes on them when they first came out. I usually go practical when I make a big purchase, but I finally decided that my next car would be just for me. I have owned my MINI for a year and a half and have never had a single repair issue. This was an initial concern considering the nearest MINI dealer is about 6 hours away. I love how MINI's are so customizeable. Mine is black with a white roof and white hood stripes, as well as checkered mirror caps. Literally the only one in town like that. I love feeling so unique.

I think the double moon roof is a nice feature; one that many people notice right off when they get inside. Also, the instrument panel looks very "euro" and makes it feel very well designed.

I must say that my main concern was room and lack of storage space. I got pregnant about four months after buying this car, and was worried I'd have to sell it and settle for a mom-mobile. But I can happily say that......

leahkay1217 says "This pillow saved my sanity while I was pregnant." about LeachCo Snoogle Full Body Pillow

During my pregnancy, I had so much difficulty with trying to get comfortable at night that I would be drained after such broken sleep. This pillow saved me. It did take a few days to get used to just because I was not normally a side sleeper. However after I got used to it, the pillow was wonderful. I used it up until the day I delivered, and I have since used it when I don't feel like dragging my Boppy into bed for breasfeeding. It helped keep my knees aligned at night so that I didn't get horrible aches in my legs and hips.

The only one con is that it does tend to create a division down the bed so if you're used to sleeping all snuggled next to husband or S.O., it kind of feels like they have been banished to the other side. But I am such a light sleeper, this pillow helped my husband not roll too close and wake me up. This pillow was some of the best money I spent to pamper myself during my pregnancy. I could not imagine another one without it.
...

leahkay1217 says "These covers make cloth diapering so easy." about Bummis Super Whisper Wrap Diaper Cover

As a first time parent, I was a little apprehensive about cloth diapers, but very motivated to use something that is healthier for the environment compared to disposables. We use these wraps exclusively with the prefolds from the diaper service we belong to. The Bummis Super Whisper Wraps are wonderful! I like the fact that the elastic doesn't dig into my son's skin like another wrap I tried. I have never had a poop leak explosion ever, and I can't say that about disposables. These wraps are very durable. I just throw mine in the washer and drier and have never had a problem with them either shrinking or wearing out. The velcro is so easy to adjust and they grow with my son as he grows which is convenient. These wraps make cloth diapering so easy. I wish other parents knew that cloth is not as difficult as they may think....

leahkay1217 says "This swing is a lifesaver." about Fisher Price Rainforest Baby Swing

My son (4 months) LOVES this swing. He has gotten into the routine of taking his morning nap in it. When I place him in it, he gets so excited when he sees the animal mobile. I like the option of the four different music settings, one setting being only rainforest noises if I get sick of the other 3 songs. This swing has many options which keep it interesting for him I think. I would definitely reccommend this to other parents. He's so content when he's in it, and It gives me a chance to get a lot done around the house during his nap time. Love this product!!...
