ldwebb says "Great role for James Wood." about Shark

Before this show I was never a fan of James Woods who ususally played a bad guy. He is excellent in this role. Other characters are also strong. It is also refreshing to have a show that doesn't spend as much time in the bed room as the court room. Hope is will remain true now that an ex-wife is on the scene. Woods role as a father is also excellent and a realistic portrayal ofparent-child interactions and issues. Story lines/plots are strong. Glad they changed his boss to his colleague.
...

ldwebb says "Program is better with the addtion of Chris North." about Law and Order

The program is much better with the addition of Chris North. He plays a much more level character since in came back from his exile in Staton Island. And, he does not cock his head to one side while trying to "psych out" the suspect. However I prefer the other female lead than the one that is matched with him. She seems to be the more grounded on of the other pair. Don't really understand why is was pulled from prime time and put on cable. I have found some of the newer episodes on cable to be among the best of the series....

ldwebb says "NCIS is the military investigative version of House." about NCIS

I don't know too many bosses, in or out of military circles that conistently treat their staff they way it is depicted on this show. These bright and talented people cowering every time he comes into the room is a little much. However, the strong plot overcomes this flaw. David McCallum is great in his role. The female technology whiz is delightful, but almost unbelievable in how fast she is able to get answers, and with so few keystrokes--wiish my computer could work such magic....

ldwebb says "House is the thinking persons alternative to Grey's Anatomy" about HOUSE M.D.

The old cast members were much more interesting and believable. The on-going games and competition that is being used this year to see which characters will remain on the program is wearing thin. I would have preferred they just introduce the charaters they are going to keep and just go on with the story. I am also getting tired of Dr. Cutty dressing more like a madam than a hospital administrator. Get that woman in a long lab coat!...

ldwebb says "Interesting plot lines with a female star who looks like she has" about Bones

Bones is one of the few females in a mystery/suspense program who looks and acts like she has a bigger IQ than bust size and keeps her mind on the case, not a love interest. The romance sub-plots are generally delegated to other characters. The only time her personal life gets in the way of the main story line is when they bring in Ryan O'Neal as her criminal father. The program benefits from the involvement of Kathy Reichs, the creator of the character in the series of books....

ldwebb says "This lens enhances the color of almost any scene." about Tiffen - 58WRMUV

Tiffen is one of the leaders in affordable lens. This lens will fit snugly to the camera and is easy to install. It tends to enhance colors across a wide range. It will not, however, provide any dramatic enhancement and does not filter out all haze....
