ldsmic says "Crunchy, healthy, full serving of vegetables" about Nabisco - Garden Harvest Toasted Chips - Vegetable Medley

I tried these chips when they were BOGO at my grocery store. Now I am hooked up!!!!

This is the perfect snack for you if you love to snack on potato chips but are looking for a healthier snack,

I love the taste of herbs and veggies in every bite, and the chips are not only crispy, but flavorful too. This is a great way to snack right because they are low in calories and taste great.

Everybody in my family loves them, even my 3year old son and my 16th months old, and I feel good about giving these kind of snacks to them.

Only con: the basil tomato and vegetable medley ones are a little too salt. I believe I could taste them better and would be even healthier if the sodium amount was reduced by at least a half.
...

ldsmic says "Not very healthy due to High Fructose Corn Syrup" about Kelloggs Rice Krispies

I always loved Kellogs rice crispies, especially when used to make rice crispies treats, and I used to buy them until I decided to read the ingredients:

It contain High Fructose Corn Syrup, aconcentraded sugar which has been coonected in many studies with obesity and diabetes in children and many other pathologies...

No way I am going to give these to my children again, unless Kellogs decides finally to use sugar or other natural sweeteners instead of HFCS.
...

ldsmic says "It would be a good idea if the products didn't contain HFCS." about Kellogg's Special K Diet

I bought the Special K products thinking they were healthy and this diet idea seemed pretty cool, until I decided to check the ingredients a little better and not just believe to what they tell you in all those commercial.

Well... They have High Fructose Corn Syrup, which has been shown in many studies to be connected to obesity and many heart related problems!!!

I don't think so!

I will stick with all the other cereals/ granola bars who don't contain HFCS and/or hidrogenated fats.
...

ldsmic says "So chewy, you almost can't believe it's healthy" about Kashi - dark chocolate oatmeal cookies

You won't believe how good these cookies are until you have tried them!!!!

So chewy, it almost seems impossible they can be so healthy too.

You need to try them to believe it. I tried them once and now I am hooked up. It is a cookie that I feel good about giving to my children. I don't give cookies to them so often, but when I can, and they deserve it, this is the best treat, after home made cookies, naturally!
...

These crackers are just the best!!!

They are so tasty, and even better, healthy. No trans fat, no HFCS, only good grains to help with my busy life!

The price is not that bad either, just about the same as other not so healthy snacks.

Give these crackers as a snack to your children instead of junk food, they will love it and you will love that you are giving them something you don't have to worry about.
...

I love the Snyder of Hanover products because they are above the average quality, in fact they don't contain HFCS and/or Hydrogenated fats, which makes snacking much healthier than other options out there.

I just wish they were a little less expensive, I would be buying them more often!
...
