http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/lavaRoc Tue, 26 Feb 2008 20:02:06 GMT Reviews by lavaRoc http://www.viewpoints.com/Sharon-Gersey-Rochester-NY-review-f30d2 I recently purchased a home where Sharon Gersey was the listing agent.  At first when we were looking to buy the home, we did not have an agent and she offered to contact us - but didn't follow thru.  I had to call HER several times before being able to speak with her.  Luckily, we were smart enough to get our own agent.  Even so, she caused him trouble, complaining that she was having to go to the house too often and having to spend too much time on this sale.  OH, WOE IS ME!  Frankly, she signed up to list the house, she better be ready to LIST the house.  The worst part was that she tried to pressure us into signing release forms before the cause of problems were established.  Maybe someone else has had a better experience, but I would NOT recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home.... Tue, 26 Feb 2008 19:51:26 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Moes-Southwest-Grill-Rochester-NY-review-3c7c lavaRoc 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/u2-3d-review-f6d23 U2 3D was a SUPERB movie!  It helps that I love the music, but even so, it was WELL worth the ticket price.  The band performed some of the standard hits - had it been my selection, I would probably have picked some of the more obscure songs (say, Love is Blindness instead of With or Without You).  But overall, it truly felt like you were at a concert.  A little crisper sound quality and you may as well have been right there in the stadium with Bono.  There were several times that I even inadvertently started clapping!...
