Our chocolate lab is about 2 1/2 years old now and is finally growing out of his busy-body hyperactivity. Notice I didn't say GROWN out of - he still acts youthful and full of energy but he is more manageable now. I am grateful we have our rottweiler, who is about 2, to keep him active and busy. They spar and run around the house like toddlers. They both like to play, fetch, chew on bones, eat ice cubes, and so much more. Our lab's name is George, short for his AKC name - Gorgeous (cuz he is!) Curious (he has been since day 1) George (as in Curious George the monkey) - it so suits him! He is an escape artist and likes to try to "bust out" anytime someone goes in or out of the house. Usually we catch him in short order, but not easily! Anyone considering a chocolate lab won't regret it if they provide him with a good home, exercise, toys and MANY opportunities to fetch!

I went to Sephora store at Hollywood and Highland to try a few colognes for men. I tried about 7 fragrances that ranged from mediocre to excellent. Good Cologne will depend on the personality and the pleasantness of the smell.

Well, I tried one last fragrance called Chanel Platinum Egoiste for Men. This one was my favorite because the fragrance is very manly and has a scent that implies "sexy" man. More important was the reaction that this cologne had among others who accompanied me.

I strongly recommend this fragrance because it has a fruity fragrance that will make a man feel very good about himself with this cologne.

"Public Enemies" proves two things: the first being that, no surprise, Johnny Depp is a grade A actor and, second, he might bring back hats for men!

I might wind up being in the minority but I found this to be a long, boring film with the most annoying, many times very confusing and certainlyunnecessary, camera shots. The camera is used for every angle from looking up from the floor to looking down from the sky or ceiling. There are shots of car vents, all parts of rifles, dark chases through woods and various criminals and FBI agents to the point that you don't know which is which.

One of the biggest problems I had was, knowing how John Dillinger died, so many scenes that might lead to his capture or death have no meaning or suspense. Also, based on a real person told in reel life it is hard to know what is true and what is false, in particular two scenes where it is hard to believe no one recognized this very well know man whose face is on Wanted Posters all over the country.

musinex nasal spray is a product i would highly recommend to any one suffering with allergys.this product is amazing that i cant live with out it.the instint i feel synptoms i use musinex and relief is almost immediate.it is gentle to the nose, and to the body. i have used many other products to always retorn to the nasal spray.i have also used this product when coming down with a cold it is also effective.some people do not like using the nose but i find it to be a relief.if you are a suffer please try rhis you will not be disappointed..

I recently was looking for a new cell phone to replace my Motorola Razor and I selected the Samsung Rant. I feel this is a good all around phone for those who are looking for a user friendly cell phones that make calls and has extras such as internet connectivity and full key board. With the contract extension this was a very reasonably priced phone.

I use this phone daily incluidng incoming and outgoing calls. My texting is easier ont his phone that on the Motorola Razor. The keys are not extremely large however they are easy to use. My major concern with purchasing a full QWERTY keyboard was the ability to text with my large fingers. After a few attempts it is really easy now.

The Samsung Magnet does not have any expandable memory however I find the phone has more than enough for the amount of pictures I want or need on my phone. You do have to delete test messages if you send a bunc but overall the Samsung Magnet is a good phone.

Bought a french door, bottom freezer Maytag fridge two years ago. Spent $2500 to make sure we were getting top of the line. We were big believers in Maytag products since having bought washer and dryer 15 years ago and still running. The fridge is horrible. The icemaker has already broken, the freezer is not keeping temperature, and the panel is blinking. After reading other reviews it seems that this is common with this fridge. I will be paying the repairman but I am sad to say that Maytag is not the same as the Maytag of yesteryear. I recently replaced kitchen appliances with GE!

Despite what the models on the commercials say, this Covergirl mascara is not even close to a favorite of mine. No matter how many celebrities show off their perfect eyelashes, they are obviously not wearing this mascara! I'd like to know what they are actually wearing on the commercials! I guess it sticks to the name "Volume Exact" as it does give great volume, but thats after you have to pick through the clumps in your eyelashes. Covergirl claims on the packaging that it will not clump, but thats the only thing I noticed when I used it. My biggest pet peeve is clumps!! I do like the Covergirl brand, and I will continue to use it, but I won't be buying this mascara. Another thing I noticed too is the "very black" colour that I normally buy actually looks more brown. That isn't that big of a deal, but why advertise "very black" if its brown? I wouldn't recommend this mascara to anyone unless they like "spiderey" lashes!

Both my husband and I are big peanut butter eaters. We each like peanut sauce on vegetables, rice, aas well as noodles. My husband also loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for his snacks too. We were buying the Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter but, I was not completely happy with it because it contains a lot of salt. I wanted to lower the amount of sodium we are getting daily in both our diets so I went on a search for a no salt peanut butter. I really wanted something that was "just peanuts." I stumbled upon some great reviews for Crazy Richard's peanut butter of all places on a men's health magazine website. I was a little hesitant to give it a try, partially due to the name! The words "crazy" and food never went together for me in the past. However, I figured all of these hundreds of men could not be wrong. The prologue describes a woman setting up a boat to explode. There are several characters in this scene but I was confused as to who was who and what exactly was happening even after reading the whole prologue.

Trent Lambert is the CEO of a large company. He has the power to depreciate the currency of countries when he wheels his power. With the ins and outs of the Stock Exchange, it was hard for me to follow what was happening. Most of it went right over my head.

Lambert's son, Eric, is kidnapped. The price for his return is to bring the South East Asian currencies back to their former value in one week. Lambert's wife asks him to contact the FBI. The problem with that is that they are investigating him for securities fraud.

I'm in an online Media-Swap Club - and I was so excited to have a swap for a SHARON STONE MOVIE. How can a movie be bad with Sharon Stone?

slow, while wondering...
- if there is a point to be made
  - or if people are just interacting
- will there be clarity about the people in the movie
- where is this movie going?

Although I'm not a regular novel-reader, I do think that this story would have been a great book to READ at one's own pace. I think it would have been more exciting to read, put the book down & come back, read some more, etc.

The movie was very slow in issues getting to a point of resolution - no exciting build-up - there were too many people-issues.

I can't wait to swap-back this movie!

I am currently taking Sears Canada to Small Claims Court. I purchased an AC unit from Sears about 2 years ago. I only used it for 2 summers, which is a total of 6 months maximum. This year I turned it on and it was not cooling, this was on April 26th, 2009. It is now July 3rd and EXTREMELY humid and hot in Montreal, Quebec and I am 6 months pregnant and Sears has yet to repair my AC unit!! This is a nightmare, I have called the customer service department at least 30 times and i am not exagerating. I have had 2 service calls where the repairman could not figure out the problem and then on the 3rd service call they told me that the whole evaporator was cracked. They then scheduled me for 2 other appointments and they never showed up. I have spent hours working on case against them to get back my $5000 that I paid them. I have a 6 year warranty for parts and labour that is absolutely worthless! Please i urge you DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SEARS!!!! I wish I never purchased...

My husband and I have had the Inspiron 8200 for just over 5 years, and it's still going strong! It is a pretty basic laptop, but perfect for everyday use going on the internet, downloading and playing music, etc. The laptop itself is quite bulky and heavy, but considering how old it is, what else would you expect! This computer is very durable as well. I can't count how many times we've dropped it and nothing turns out wrong with it, not even a mark on it to show how it landed. Two years ago we must have had a virus because we went to turn it on one day, and all it showed was a black screen. We called Dell, and they were very quick in sending us a new hardrive. A result of that, is that we lost everything.. documetns, songs and most importantly pictures.. including ones from our wedding. Since then nothing major has happened to the computer. Another con I can think of is how hot it gets underneath, too the point you can't be wearing shorts and have it on your lap! All...

We bought our new Durabrand Model YD-298 blender about 3 months ago when our old one stopped working. We had some criteria in mind when selecting our new blender. First and foremost we wanted a glass blender. Next, we wanted it to have more than 8 speeds and over 400 watts. I love making fruit smoothies and purreed foods as well so those two speeds were required. I knew that I would need a durable blender that could stand up to repeated and regular use. Finally, this time around I did not want to spend $60 as I did before at Target and then have the blender stop work mysteriously after only 3 months (90 days) of usage. Well, we were out shopping at Walmart one afternoon and I was nervous, but decided to glance in their blender section. There I saw a nice selection of glass blenders at various price points. We really had our hearts set on this $50 dollar blender, but after talking to the manager learned it was sold out. I then took a long and hard look at the Durabrand blender...

After reading Lost Souls I needed to read something that wasn't so scarey and I wanted something to lift my spirits. I went to my bookshelf and began running my fingers across the many books and was taking notice of the ones that I have yet to read. I spotted A Walk To Remember and after having seen the movie tons of times and listening to the soundtrack I decided this was the book for me, at the moment. The funny thing was that I really didn't realize that Nicholas Sparks was also the same person who wrote the book Nights In Rodanthe that would later become a movie. As I began reading A Walk To Remember I noticed rather quickly that the book was going to be a little different from the movie. The book opens up with Landon Carter providing a prologue to his senior year in high school, 1958, Beaufort, NC. James Brooks is a Shadow Dancer. He has the ability to take a human body just after it dies and become that person. He is innumerable years old and is a warrior whose purpose is to keep the evil in the world from overtaking the good. Tricia Morningstar and her friend, Brad Thomas are attached in the park. Tricia is saved by James from the werewolves attach but he is too late to save Brad. They tear him literally limb from limb.

Jeffery Cole is the police detective that is given the job of investigating this attack. He and his partner cannot even begin to understand what they see. Even better is the fact that James was mortally wounded in the attack but when then detectives question him the next morning, he is all but healed. Trying to talk with James, they get nowhere.

This is about my e-machine. This is the second one I have owned. I bought both of them at walmart. The mother board is easily hit with viruses. But if you cant afford a name brand computer I would suggest an emachine to anyone. My 1st one lasted 3 yrs and this one is going on 1st year. I can burn music or anything properly. It is an easy set-up and very easy to maintain. I am not great on computers but it has walk-thrus for people new to computer. It has easy access to your files,internet and music.

I started using Enfamil Gentle Ease Lipil baby formula with my son. Now it's the only formula I use for my daughter. I also recommended it to my sister, and it's what she uses for her daughter. I've never used a different formula product, even if something else is on sale. It is worth the price no matter what else is on special. If I do have anymore children, this will also be the formula I use. And if anymore friends or family have babies, this will definitely be the formula that I recommend to them to use. My older sister was the one who told me about this product. She used it for her two daughters, and swares by it. She tried other formulas, but she said this was the only one her daughters liked, and would take. My best friends' baby also uses it. Somehow he can taste the difference in the formula, and throws the bottle if it's not the Enfamil Gentle Ease Lipil, and she's tried 4 or 5 other formula brands.

As a professional women over 40, I was tired reading magazines that were geared towards the twenty-somethings. A friend shared a copy of More Magazine and I was instantly hooked!

To begin with the women on the cover are either my age or at least in the vicinity and some even have wrinkles!! The articles address health and beauty issues for the over 40 crowd with unbiased reports of what works and what doesn't work. Surprisingly, many of the products don't cost a week's worth of salary. Then, there are articles of a more serious nature and often issues women should be aware of and not ignore. For instance, feeling fatigue, flu-like symptoms, chills and sweating may be the Flu- but it may also be a heart attack. Of course the article goes into more details but I never really focused on the fact that I could have a heart attack and I should know what the symptoms are so I can act fast.

Then there are the stories about women amazing women who reinvent themselves after parenting...

There's a big hype about vampires and werewolves thanks to the Twilight saga. Several weeks ago my dear friend Lisa Carey introduced me to the book Lost Souls. This typically isn't my kind of book but after reading all four books in the Twilight saga I decided to read it.

Lost Souls goes above and beyond what Twilight does. In fact, it's more powerful, less romance and more of the things that vampirism is made of. This book scared me more than once but once I got into it I couldn't put it down.

Kristi Bentz is a 27-year-old going back to All Saints College. She is wanting to investigate and report on the mysterious disappearance of four coeds who have all vanished within the last 18 months. Her father, Rick, is a detective with the New Orleans Police Department and fears for her life because he knows that she has already escaped death twice.

All Saints College is a fictitious location in Louisiana. A lot of the storyline will pull in information from the events of...

Because we live in the country we expect to see field mice, black snakes, barn rats outside, just not in our home!
