I picked up this book on a whim. I read it before it was a best-seller. It was actually hard to find. I went into at least 5 bookstores until I found one who carried it. From page one until the last page of the book, my entire life when into complete upheaval. Not in a bad way of course. After the animal chapters, I went from being a meat eater to vegan and have been ever since. It's been a year and a half. I owe those ladies many thanks.

I understand the controversy behind this book. They pushed the envelope many times, accusing the FDA and the USDA of many wrong-doings. I do believe them. For those of you who are wishy-washy about it, who cares? It's the point they are trying to make. Someone walks up to you on the street and says, eat this cheeseburger, you won't because you don't trust someone you don't know. That's the same thing as eating something the USDA or the FDA says is safe. The lovely man on the street may have been just trying to give you a cheeseburger. You don't know. Better......

Vegan and need a fantastic cookbook? This cookbook is flawless! Every single recipe works. What's especially lovely about this book is that she uses such normal ingredients. Some vegan cookbooks use off-the-wall hard to find stuff. She uses every day, already have in your pantry or can buy at a grocery store, type of ingredients. If she does use something crazy, she gives you a substitute or a way to make it.

She also gives tips and useful information throughout the book. It's fantastic for new cooks, and interesting for well-seasoned cooks as well.

It's fantastic. Love it. Go buy it. Cook, eat, and be kind to the animals!

Read this book. Change your life. Eckhart Tolle is a genius. I felt my life shifting with every word on every page. He had me in tears at some points with the truth about myself pouring out of the pages of that book. I could read and reread that book over and over. I bought his other books and had the same experience.

He's right. You need to be ready for his words. If not, the book will mean nothing to you. Like many, I am very grateful for him, his books, and his humble approach towards life....

Syracuse University is a fantastic school. I spent 4 years out of my life there and every second was worth the money. The campus is beautiful, big but mostly condensed, and the buildings are aesthetically appealing. The dorms are nice... the split plan in some of the dorms is a brilliant idea in my eyes. South campus apartments are very convenient, and not too shabby style wise either. I don't have one complaint in the education aspect either. My classes were fantastic.

Is snows like crazy is Syracuse! The school is actually very good about clearing paths for us, even early in the morning. It's cold though. Very. Watch out lefties! There aren't very many left handed seats in the classrooms. The seats also small and are squished too close together in some of the auditoriums.

I'd recommend this SU to anyone and everyone. There is something for everyone. Great school.

I love my phone because of the touch screen. It was hard to adjust to at first, because I didn't realize the end call button also shuts off the screen and stops me from randomally calling people. You can also turn off the touch screen option when you're talking on the phone which is amazing because I hated that I would accidently change options on my phone because my face touched the screen.The lovely thing about the touch screen, is that you never REALLY need to use the stilus. I move quickly through my menus by mainly tapping my screen with my finger and then scrolling using the keys on the phone. It's amazingly quick and convienent. I picked up my friend's blackberry the other day, and went to tap her screen to move to another menu. Well, her's isn't a touch screen. It was actually annoying to not be able to do that and it took longer as well.

It's also VERY easy to use. The calender feature lets you see the calender in every way possible.

A couple annoying little things that wouldn't......
