They did not add to the charge, or have to do anything different. The repair person was fast, efficient, and friendly. He answered my questions, and made sure I didn't have any problems before he left.... I began cleaning what used to be a white conveyor belt, that had turned black with grease and ink, and within 15 minutes the entire belt was a lot brighter. Our maintenance lead told me that it was at the weakest dilution, and to get the belt spotless, he would have to use a slightly stronger solution. In all of the years we have had cleaners, nothing had done more than turn the belt from black to greyish yellow before Simple Green. </p><p>I decided to try Simple Green at home when I saw it at the store one day. We have a beige carpet with 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have had all kinds of spots on the carpet, and I was a little nervous, since we rent. We took some time, and using a 30-1 dilution, we were able to get the carpet clean. </p><p>When my best friend was riding her scooter when her can of coke got punctured, coke went everywhere.
