http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/ladylilak Wed, 13 May 2009 14:41:07 GMT Reviews by ladylilak http://www.viewpoints.com/Breadman-duo-review-20f95 <p>My Breadman Duo is a great machine - I can bake two different loaves of bread at a time!  Plus, I can put the ingredients in the night before and set the timer so that I have hot, fresh bread when I wake up.  The only downside is that the spinning mixer part always gets stuck in my loaf of bread.  It's a non-stick piece, so I have to be very careful not to nick it with my knife, which means digging it out of the bottom of the bread before slicing - this can be messy and hot.  The crust selector is a good idea, but doesn't really work.  I've set it for anywhere from light to dark crust, but I always get the same result.  The recipes are wonderful, and I have been able to enjoy a very large variety of breads with my machine.  I absolutely love the convenience of hot, fresh bread with ingredients that I can pronounce, and it makes my kitchen smell so good!</p>...
