      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have been a Metro Pcs customer for almost 7 years. I chose to make the switch when my Cingular bill regularly ended up being over $350. Metro Pcs was not stellar in the beginning, but has continuously improved their services. My main complaint in the past year would&#160;only be that they did not keep up with their growth spurt. Customer service was at an all time low and waiting to get helped over the phone would take&#160;at least 45 min. This has in the past few months greatly improved. Also very thankful as Metro Pcs&#160;doesn't seem to outsource its customer service to India as so many others. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The phones offered in the South Florida area are of the same quality as other services. You might not be able to get the very latest model available on the market, but there is enough selection to keep semi-techies happy. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I would advice against insuring your phone as this seems to be a waste of money. Unless you are willing to go without a phone for 2-3 weeks. I would instead suggest you buy a used metro...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
