It gives him something to do while in the car or waiting at an appointment. The games are easy for him to understand and he advances quickly to higher learning levels. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a younger boy or girl. My son is ahead of most of the kids in his preschool class and some of the credit goes to his Leapster....
