When I wanted to renew my policy they charged me a different rate than what they quoted me. I hadn't had any accidents or anything. Not so much as a speeding ticket while on that policy. They reel you in with a good rate at first, but when you renew, they stick it to you without warning and for no reason other than greed.... I bought this for my super-picky boyfriend who always has to have the best when it comes to electronics, and he LOVES it! The calls are always really clear. It is also compatible with VOIP's (e.g. Skype) and you can use it on more than one phone. Plus the earpiece is really comfortable when you use it on either ear....
