s a student, obtaining a laptop was my ultimate goal earlier last year so that I could take notes faster in class, plus have access to a computer on the go in order to keep up with my homework. So I set out to get what I thought would be the ultimate "toy" that would help with not only homework, but on the road entertainment with a DVD player and a carry-with-me machine which houses the Sims families I play with on a regular basis.

After several days of researching the HP machines amongst the Sonys and several other brands I hadn't heard of before, I settled on the HP DV6626US PC Notebook. The attraction of the glossy black case was soon as disappointment as fingerprints would illuminate on the glossy background.
kzdad47714 says "Not a bad place considering..." about Econo Lodge Evansville - Evansville, IN

Although this hotel is located down the street from what is known as a highly populated area for prostitutes, so far we haven't had any problems here. My daughter and I took shelter here as a temporary solution until we're able to get our financial issues straighted out and so far, we've had no problems at all. The rates are very reasonable and they even have a weekly rate if you're coming for a longer period of time. The rooms are clean and functional, some have fridges and microwaves, others have coffee makers. All rooms have irons and hair dryers in them. The bed isn't one you'll wake up with back problems or anything like so many down the street. There's a pool, but it's not open yet, something we're anticipating! But from 7 to 10 in the morning there is free continential breakfast in the breakfast room, there's always coffee available in the lobby. The biggest plus is the free internet! There's satellite provided cable with three HBO channels!

So rather you are short-term vacationing......
