      <description>I've been with Charter for over 5 years now.&#160; I have had issues in the past and it took them forever to figure out what was wrong and fix it.&#160; Luckly everything is working now.&#160; If you get everything hooked up right and it works you will be happy with the service. It is a little pricey.... </description>
