      <title>kristawmartin says "Don't do it!" about AirTran</title>

      <description>My husband and I traveled with Air Tran to the Bahamas for our honeymoon.&#160; He handled all of the arrangements and we were scheduled to fly out in the early afternoon.&#160; As he had never traveled internationally, we arrived to the airport very early so he would have time to comfortably learn what needed to be done.&#160; When we arrived, Air Tran informed us that our flights had been changed.&#160; They were very apologetic and worked hard to book us on other airlines to get us to the Bahamas same day.&#160; At this point, I was very grateful and impressed by the staff.&#160; She was efficient and very helpful.&#160; She checked our return flights and told us that everything else was ok.&#160; We bounced around the US several times, but we did make it to the Bahamas that day.&#160; A week and a half later, we went to the airport to catch our flights home.&#160; When we got there, there wasn't even any one at the Air Tran counter.&#160; Delta representatives hunted us down someone who told us once again that flights had been...... </description>
