One of the best snack bars on the market Great taste and also gives you the

added fiber in your diet. I have tried quite a few of the different snack bars, and

I was very surprised by this one. I have tried the Fiber One cereal and did not care

for it at all. It tasted very bland. So needless to say I was very hesitant to try the Fiber

One Snack Bars. A co-worker purchased and offered me one, stating that they were

very good, and that they did not taste anything like the cereal. I hesitated but then

went ahead and tried one. I was very surprised at the flavor and chewiness that the

bar contains. The only downfall is that they do make you a little gasey after an hour or

two of eating one.
