knocko says "Dish does not live up to it's moving slogan" about dish - VIP 622hd dvr

I have been a customer of Dish corporation for9+ years.Because I live in rural area,I can only watch TV by satelite due to mountians ,near my dwelling.I was sold on HD tv system offered by dish, they charged me $100 extra for my hd tv dvr receiver and had to give my 2 receivers that I had paid to a local dish distributor for $350+ dollars.I also learned after that I was bound for 2yr's by contract,(in the very small print) that the installer said that they didn't fill out in the contract they had me sign. Also they forgot to send the Green HD cable, so he could not complete the HD DVR installation,he called the dish main office to request the cable, they told him and myself ,that I didn't need it for HD reception. After many calls and many supervisors/managers later, they finally agreed to send replacement, but I would have to install it myself. After all of this, under threat of contract breachment I have used my receiver with only moderate problems,I completed 2 years use.ON day......

knocko says "A large dependable microwave at a great price." about Sharp Microwave Oven 530EK

This large Sharp microwave Model 530EK 1200 watt oven works well. easy to use, and clean, because of it's large size, and handy cooking modes. I got this oven from Sear's in Redding CA on day a young pleasant salesperson that is 50/50 chance when shopping there. When I picked it out, the salesman went back to check on supply and when he came back, he said that they only had one, and it was a return, because when the previous customer got it home and opened the box, and decided it was the wrong color for ther kitchen, and returned it back for credit. The salesman said, if we would settle for a returned item, he would give us a 10% discount ,as well as discount, for last one in the store. We have been happy with it's cooking ever since....

knocko says "Very weak Very Cheapl Product" about Oster 12-Speed Blender with Brushed Nickel Finish 6811

I bought this blender and it died the 2nd time I used it. It being almost brand new I called up the maker. They sent a new one from Mexico 4 times because that where customer service is and is where they are made. So I would give them credit for the replacements, until they said that this Oster 12 speed model was not a strong model. They reccomended a higher priced 2 speed professional series. After learning that I understood why they didn't want their broken blenders back, not even the glass tops. So I went to my local Costco and got the pro series and have not had a problem with new one.And the old 6811 12 speed glass tops fit the pro model,Its great my bad choice about the cheap model that I paid $29.00 at the local Longs store,And I only paid for only $20.00 at Costco.I was glad their customer service was honest to tell me there was Quite a difference Between models....
