It is capable of scanning, copying, etc. When you need these features it is a good printer. It does have some issues. Many of the issues are related to the ink. When you replace your ink (with expensive Dell ink) the printer continuosly gives you a low ink warning. Besides, you have to order the ink from Dell and it's very expensive. Even doing that, the printer still tells you the ink is low. If you want don't mind spending a bundle on ink, and looking at low ink warnings all the time, then this is the printer for you.... I always had dropped calls of no coverage. With AT&T I never miss a call, drop a call, and always have coverage. Their rollover minutes are great. I'm not sure what to do with all of them! Plus, the plans are extremely affordable. If you're looking for great signal, fewer dropped calls, and a great monthly plan then you need to check out AT&T....
