Valencia Community College is a well established school with many satellite campusesThe main campus is on the west side of town. Valencia is a good school to start with for the first two years.The classes are typically smaller then what you would experience at a University. The teachers are more interested, for the most part ,in having you have a good experience and to be sucessful in your studies. Valencia is also cheaper for tuition then a four year university and yet the classes for the first two years are basically the same, down to the books you use.At the university level many times your professor is busy writing a book and the graduate teaching assistant is the teacher in the class. At Valencia Community College the teacher is the teacher teaching you. The class is smaller and not held in an arena where you are just a number.You have a chance to get your feet wet in studing and getting ready for a large university. The Doubletree Grand Key Resort is very much a Key West type hotel. Upon check in ,you are given a Doubletree Chocolate Chip Cookie to welcome you. That was the best chocolate chip cookie I ever ate! On the back of the wrapper the cookie came in it says you can order a tin of their signature cookies at doubletreecookie.com. The room is just normal size, the bed is fairly comfortable and has lots of pillows on the bed.There is a robe in the room to use. The air conditioner unit was a little noisy. There is a ceiling fan.The bathroom has a out side sink and bar on the other side with Wolfgang Puck coffee and tea. The coffee maker can make two coffees at once right into the cup. There is a refrigerator in the room under the bafor your use.. The desk is small and I had room only for a lap top. I was able to get free internet service. I was having bad back aches and had become very restless at night. I knew my bed was over ten years old but I kept waiting for the right time to buy a mattress. I was so confused when I tried to research the best mattress and could not compare because each store seemed to have different names for the mattress. I was helping my daughter pick out furniture when I tried the Tempurpedic Memory Foam mattress for the first time. I really layed on it because my feet hurt. I couldn't believe how it felt. I am heavy but the mattress didn't sink in. It just molded my body. I said WOW but when I looked at the price I said Wow again and just said no, I'll keep looking. My husbands heart specialist told him to go on the South Beach Diet. We purchased the book and read it. I said NO WAY can I handle the first two weeks of the diet. No fruit, no carbs, no dairy. What can we eat for breakfast? Eggs! We finally decided to give it a try. We understood the fact that cutting out all those things for two weeks and then slowly adding them back made sense. It helps your body get rid of the sugar cravings. When you add things back after the two weeks- it's good carbs. On the South Beach Diet it is sweet potatoe instead of white potatoe, brown rice instead of white rice, wheat or rye bread instead of white bread. White is not nice on the South Beach Diet. We both lost 10 pounds the first two weeks and have continued to lose weight. We purchase some of the South Beach Diet Food. The frozen pizzas are great and our favorite. I love all the Soy Joy Bars! They are a little smaller then granola bars. They are dense bars and have friut and or nuts depending on the flavor you pick. They taste natural and are not overly sweet. They are make with soy and lower in calories and so they are healthier. My husband and I often take them with us when we are out and about. They make a great mid morning or mid afternoon snack. It keeps us on track with our dieting and if we have the bars with us we are less likely to get fast food when we begin to get hungry. I really like the apple walnut and the mango the best.I have purchase Soy Joy Bars at Target, Publix, CVS and Walgreens. The price can be as high as $1.19 to as low as .50 cents a bar.I have noticed Publis sells them in a 6 pack now. The other places sell them single so you can mix and match the bars you want. We tend to not drink milk, so eating the Soy Joy bars adds calcium to our diet and soy is high in protein. I think eating the bars for a snack curb our appetite...

I remember the first time I shaved. I had a stinging blood trail down the middle of my leg. This was just the beginning of years of scars, bandaids and stinging legs! My mom said welcome to the world of shaving! She said I told you not to be in a hurry to start this! I was so happy when I found Venus. I could shave and not spill a drop of blood! Remember good old Dove soap? I purchased a couple of bars recently at Walgreen. I probably haven't used Dove in 20 years! But here is was in the store and on sale! So I decided to purchase some. I love the contured shape now, but the beautiful smell is the same. I remember my grandmother always having Dove. She would use it on her face and in the tub with us when she bathed us. The creamiest lather you would ever want with that light pleasing scent makes for a wonderful bath! I couldn't get over how soft my skin felt after my shower. It's like a soap and lotion in one. Dove is still a modest price for a product that will make your skin feel so soft and nice smelling. There is no reason to use the high priced products. Dove Bars are safe, easy on the pocket book and like two products in one because your skin will feel clean and moisturized. I think the bar is long lasting and does not turn to mush.

Sauve coconut shampoo is a white creamy shampoo that smells like a trip to the beach in your shower! It lathers well and rinses out well. It left my hair soft and smelling good. The price is right on Sauve products and many times it is on sale at Publix or Walgreens. I bought it on sale at Publix for .99 cents and had a coupon for $1.00 off on three bottles. I purchased 3 bottles for $2.00. Some times the bottles have a extra amount in them like 33 percent more for free so that really becomes a bargain for a product that is very good. Suave coconut shampoo is thick it is not watery like some Dollar store shampoos are. You can also use the normal amount you would on your hair when shampooing with Suave because it is not watered down. The dollar store shampoo takes much more product to get a good lather so in the end you are NOT saving with a thin shampoo.I would total buy the Suave Shampoo again and would tell my friends and family to as well.Suave has some other exotic scents that I would...
