I am currently pregnant with baby number 2. I had to go to the doctor for a back injury very early on in my pregnancy and was asked if there was a possibility that I was pregnant (so that proper pain meds could be prescribed). The doctor recommended I go home and take a test, so I picked up a cheap-o at Walgreens. It came out negative...twice. Two days later, I just wasn't feeling myself, so I decided to try one more test and spent the extra money on Clear Blue Easy. Wow! I am very glad I did. It IMMEDIATELY came back with a "Pregnant" reading. Imagine my surprise!

I have used Clear Blue Easy to get accurate results with both of my pregnancies and would definitely recommend it to friends. It is very quick and easy to read, there are no questions about faint lines versus dark lines or whether it is giving false results. I am very much a bargain shopper and would usually prefer to save a buck or two. If I would have purchased this product to begin with, I would have...

I am expecting our second child in a matter of weeks and needed a new play yard. We had purchased our previous one at a yard sale and were less than pleased. I looked around at Target.com, Walmart.com, Babies R Us, etc. and found this one to be a good bang for the buck. I wanted something with a changing station and bassinet, but didn't really care about a lot of the other features, even though this one does come with a cute little mobile.

When the pack n play arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that it went together fairly easily. I had to refer to the directions a couple of times to get the correct rods in place, but overall it was hassle free. I had it completely out of the box and assembled within 10 minutes. Now that it is assembled, I can take it down and put it back up within a matter of 2 or 3 minutes. I love that it has wheels for easy portability from room to room. My only complaint is that it is about 1/2 inch too wide to fit through the doorway. I was really hoping...

I purchased this high chair on sale at Babies R Us while I was pregnant. It was on sale for $60, down from almost $100. I am glad that I bought it at the cheaper price, but wish I would have done some more research.

The high chair is well built and sturdy. Although, when I put it together, two small pieces were missing. They weren't functional pieces, but missing them detracts somewhat from the appearance. The highchair was fairly simple to put together.

It is easy to clean and matches our kitchen decor well. The pattern would work well for a boy or girl. The vinyl seat cushion allows me to wipe it down daily without much work.

My biggest complaint is that this chair takes up a lot of space. It has many adjustments and folds up for storage, but it is still large. The extra trays are supposed to make clean up easier because they are dishwasher safe. That would be great....if they actually fit in the dishwasher! They are too tall for my bottom rack, so I handwash them. ...

Before the birth of our first child, I bought a Polaroid digital camera on sale. I had a Canon, but wanted more megapixels. That was a big mistake! The Polaroid camera took awful pictures and was slow to reload.

When our son was only 2 months old, we decided to again buy a new camera since the other one was so awful. We did not want to spend a lot of money, but wanted quality. Our first Canon was such a good camera, that we decided to go that route again. We purchased the A560. With 4x optical zoom and 7.1 megapixels, it is a great camera! I love the quality of the photos and how quickly it resets for the next picture. We bought a 2 gig SD card for it, and have literally taken over 1,000 pictures and video. As a matter of fact, we rarely get out our video camera any more because the videos from this camera are great!

In addition, the screen size is big, so you can easily review/show off your pictures. It requires no special software and takes 2 AA batteries. I have...

A coworker gave this to us after their daughter had outgrown it. We have since loaned it out to a neighbor. Through 3 babies, this product has held up very well. My son loved the noises it made when he bounced on it. He also loved to punch the music buttons and look in the mirror. This is definitely a baby must-have! It buys a few precious moments for mom to run to the bathroom, wash dishes, or relax:)...

After spending LOTS of money on Enfamil, we decided to try the Member's Mark brand of formula. At half the cost for twice the formula and the same nutrition, it seemed like a no-brainer! At 3 months of age, my son did not do well on this formula. He spit up a lot and seemed generally miserable. We switched to Enfamil and many of the problems went away. The Enfamil is much more finely ground than the Member's Mark.

At 6 months, we decided to try again with the less expensive formula. This time, it worked like a charm! Our son is now 11 months and will be weaned from formula soon. However, we would definitely recommend this brand and will use it again with any future children:)

I love Pampers Cruisers, but am not crazy about the price. When the grandparents go shopping, these are the diapers they buy...and boy are we grateful! These diapers fit well and are easy to put on. The elastic sides allow a tight, but comfortable fit. My son has never wet through these diapers during the night, which is the biggest plus of all!...

I bought this mixer on amazon on sale for only $99! It is worth every cent! The 4.5 quart mixer is perfect for making double batches of cookie dough or bread. It is rated for 8 cups of flour, which is about all it will hold. Although heavy, it is easy to operate and virtually hands-free. I love it:)...
