kilmer7165 says "Keeps cool in the texas heat" about DeLonghi Pinguino Air Conditioner

The delonghi air conditioner is added to a long list of Delonghi products in my home! They make a fine product and they have not come up short on this lovely little cooling product! I live in Texas and the summers can be dreadfully hot and humid and there is nothing better than to come into a cool room made that way by the Delonghi Air conditioner and it even has a lovely little remote so that you can set it up to cool on auto from across the room and for people like me that want to sit down and take a break without getting up it makes it a great all around deal! It is affordable which makes it a great investment for home cooling! For me who does not want to cool to whole house all the time it is great because with its wheels and convenient exhaust it moves from room to room with ease. Never will you regret the purchase of this handy little device!
...

kilmer7165 says "Greatest thing since sliced bread" about Delonghi Extra wide slot toaster

The delonghi toaster is the best I have ever had and is great for that texas toast or bagel. Don't ya just hate it when the toast is to big for the slots? I did and that is why I bought this versatile toaster that no longer eats my extra wide texas toast. It provides toast to the taste of the eater whether it be just lightly warmed of practically black, it pops up on its own or there is a cancel switch for when you put the setting to high for your own taste. Personally I love this handy little toaster because I want my pop tarts just warm and my english muffin evenly browned. Occasionally I even like sourdough well toasted with some jam so I can meet my need for crunchy and sweet. It does all its cooking evenly instead of just having part of the toast done to perfection and part still cold. I love my delonghi toaster
...

kilmer7165 says "Keeps me toasty" about Honeywell Heater - Surround Heater and Fan

The honeywell heater is great for small spaces, I use it in my RV instead of using the big energy hog that came with it. The honeywell heater keeps me nice and toasty at my table or watching a dvd. Since I really like the cold it gives me enough warmth to stave off the cold without making it to hot. I also use it when on the road in my big truck and on low it keeps the cab quite comfortable even in the cold climates of the north. Funny the way I found out about this is my diesel lines froze up and in the winter when a driver one learns to carry a backup especially for keeping warm and I threw it in the truck just for that reason. So anyway it became my life saver on a cold Wyoming night, so instead of running the big diesel engine and wasting about sixty dollars worth of fuel I plugged in my very reasonably priced honeywell heater and slept in the comfort of my nice warm cab. Thank you honeywell for making a reasonably priced heater!
...

kilmer7165 says "Get into a home now" about Countrywide Home Loan Company

When I bought my first home it was with countrywide, the agent was friendly and worked very hard to get me into a house. Since self employment is my motto it makes it very difficult when trying to qualify income except with previous tax returns. Since I am a long distance trucker there are some tax breaks that help lower taxes but also lower my actual income and the agent from Countrywide worked closely with my accountant for the details to qualify me for a mortgage. I was totally impressed with the quality of service. When a medical injury cost most of my income to dissipate Countrywide again worked with me to keep me in my house. It was an impressive job of customer service and I will be forever gratefull for the caring representation of the folks at countrywide. Unlike other borrowers they never bundled and sold my mortgage for profit at the time so luckily it was always the same folks that worked with me so they new my history of ontime payments and were always there to help...
...

kilmer7165 says "Outstanding Customer Service" about Discover - Platinum Cash Back

The acquisition of my Discover card was about 15 years ago and it is the one card that has stayed with me through good and bad times. They offer easily accessed protection that covers medical emergencies and times of unemployment. This has been very important to me as I suffered two occasions of extended medical leave due to severe medical emergencies.

Discover also offers special additional cash back offers throughout the year, sometimes for eveyday uses like gas stations and grocery stores and others around holidays and back to school time. These are usually an additional 3 to 5 percent cashback in addition to regular cash back.

My reason for liking Discover is that they worked with me and increased my limit to cover tuition when returning to school.
...

kilmer7165 says "garmin gps is the greatest thing since sliced bread" about Garmin - Nuvi 760

I bought my Garmin Nuvi after using my brother in laws unit for a road trip to New Mexico. We were going to use the unit for geo caching and that was it and it ended up being the most important packed item for the trip. We used it to find gas, not that we are blond, but having gotten caught up in the beautiful landscapes of New Mexico often found that we forgot gas is a necessity to keep on sight seeing. Since that trip I went and bought my own unit and use it on a daily basis for my work as an over the road driver. This unit has saved me many a time from taking the long way. The only drawback is that it is not set up for oversized vehicles like mine and it sometimes gives you some wacky directions, so it is always best to use a map to make sure that the roads are passible. Another thing that is great is the lifetime membership to satellite traffic control that gives information about backups as it prevents me from spending too much time stuck in traffic.
...
